WHERE?
This year’s St. Joe/St. Paul VBS 2025 will take place on the campus of St. Paul School, 140 Walnut Street, Weirton.
WHEN?
VBS Days are Monday, July 21st through Thursday, July 24th – 9:00 am to Noon.
WHO?
All children who are going into Preschool through 6th Grade next school year are welcome to participate! Anyone in the 7th Grade or older is welcome to be VBS Leader (there is a separate registration form for Leaders at this link: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/1Ojbgi-Wa4YeKHhAyK6Dea9bNsct2eT4N6xTUaUTJ3mg/edit)
HOW MUCH?
The fee is $50.00 per child for the full program, which covers food, supplies and a mandatory t-shirt. T-shirts are not optional as they have to be pre-ordered to have them in time for VBS week. Every participant must have one.
VBS Leaders do not pay registration, but are expected to cover the cost of their own Leaders T-Shirt.
All Registration Forms must be FULLY completed & submitted for Pre-Registration (with payment) NO LATER THAN Sunday, June 29th. This is to ensure that a proper amount of t-shirts can be ordered in time.
Same day registration and payments will only be accepted if pre-approved for special circumstances. You can email stpp2211weir@dwc.org, or by calling the St. Paul Church office at 304-748-6710 to request same-day registration/payment.
Payments can be submitted by:
1. Mailing a check to St. Paul Church, 140 Walnut Street, Weirton (VBS in memo)
2. Online through this form
3. Or pay in person (cash or check) at the St. Paul’s Parish Office (hours are M thru F, 8 am to Noon.)
